Lease of land, cottages and shop, High Street (plots 3 and 4) Brading. 6^th October 1868. Bailiffs Isaac Wavell and Ben Cotton Bartlett to Richard Gardner. Mentions George Dashwood, with map. Witnessed by Henry R Cooper. Rent reduced in a memorandum and assigned to John Riddick 10^th November 1873 by Bailiffs William Seymour and Frederick Bench witnessed by John Bailey Clerk to Steward. Also a memorandum of 28^th October 1880 regarding strip of land by Clem Pain and Alfred Simmonds witnessed by A Shaw Deputy Steward.
