Witnessed by W Griffiths. Map on back show College land, Bailiffs land, waste land, road to Ricketts Hill, High Road to Ryde. Note on back says possession of rights severed by Bailiffs by an action in her Majesties Court of Queen’s Bench for breach of covenant Easter Term 1847.
