Lease of land, messuages and premises in Brading (nine properties called The Lindens on West side of the Mall). 31st August 1907. Brading Town Trust to Mrs Isabella Bordman. Trustees are William Riddick (Grocer), James Barham Tac Collector), JJ Seymour (Accountant), John Edwin Bonn (Chemist and Stationer), Henry Kemp Day (Secretary and Manager of IW Railway), James Robb Chick Lucas (Surgeon) and Bronwin. Mentions Benjamin Jolliffe, George Cox, George Wilfred Blenton. Map shows J T Chapple and Mrs James’ land and Pit Lane. The Lindens are now known as Linden Terrace.
