This Indenture made the fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and thirty six, Between Thomas Jackman of Brading in the Isle of Wight retired mariner of the one part and Richard Godman Kirkpatrick of Newport in the Isle of Wight, Gentleman of the other part.
